MEMBERSHIP VICE PRESIDENT

Let’s Grow!!

We are already in our third trimester of the year! We have 4 more months to achieve our goals. My goal is to grow by 5 and have 80% retention. I know this is a reachable goal, but I need every state, chapter and member to work together to help me achieve this!

Currently we are at -40 for the year. Do you know how easy that is to make up? If every chapter signed 1 to 2 new members and had 80% retention we would achieve year end growth for the first time in many years.

We are currently at 79% retention for the year. The more members you renew the more successful we will be at reaching growth. We have 676 members up for renewal. That is 42% of our membership! We need to renew 548 of our current members, which is 81% of the renewing members to reach 80% retention for the year. I will be working with states and chapters this trimester to help them be successful in this. Also as a reminder to the states, I would like for you to send me what you have for new members and renewals on March 15th. So that you don’t have to send things through the mail twice, on March 15th, email me your new members and renewals that you have in hand. If you don’t have access to scanning please let me know and we can figure out how to get things to me.

I am looking forward to being SUPER SOAKED at Year End Convention in Duluth!!!
