Greetings United States Women of Today!

Now that holidays are over – it is time to get back into the swing of things.  Yes, that means paperwork too.

A few reminders:

Deadline Dates for National Convention

1. 3rd Trimester Programming Fast Start Challenge – Complete the following to be recognized at year end.  Deadline date is April 30, 2012.

1. Send me a monthly report for January, February and March.  You only have to do three months out of four – I think everyone can handle that.
2. Submit a Community Connections Report from EACH chapter in your state.
3. Send me a copy of a newsletter article.

1. Project Recognition Reports – DUE APRIL 30, 2012 – 4 COPIES VIA MAIL ONLY along with a $5.00 check made payable to USWT.  Project Recognition Manual and transmittal form are on website or please feel free to contact me.

1. Special Challenge for Project Recognition Reports – ‘ADOPT AMERICA’ – DUE APRIL 30, 2012 - 4 COPIES VIA MAIL ONLY along with a $5.00 check made payable to USWT.  This is a special challenge to all chapters.  Complete the project and fill out the necessary paperwork – it is that easy.  I am giving the chapters the option to support a soldier, platoon or family on the home front and what type of project you do. 

1. Community Connections – This form replaces the old Donation Summary AND it should be forwarded to me.  Yes, you may send it via email or snail mail.  Please note that the Domestic Violence Awareness and Buckets of Sunshine transmittal forms DO NOT go on the Communication Connections.  They each have their own form.  The forms can be found on the website or request them via email.  Also please DO NOT report the information on all three forms.

1. Outstanding Achievement in Programming – Don’t forget to fill out this VERY important form if you have completed certifications, participated in STEP, DVA and other information that is listed on the form.  You will be recognized at annual convention.
