You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open these files. If you do not have this software, you can download it off the Internet site. Just go to the Adobe Acrobat website.

If you get the following error: "Could not find Acrobat External Windows Handler" when viewing a PDF file in a web browser, start the Acrobat or Acrobat Reader application, and then open the PDF file in the Web browser.
